This week we started our show with a discussion of a topic that has all of the news networks atwitter, earmarks.
We followed that up with Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele’s surprising comments on abortion, which instantly degenerated into an argument about the legality of abortion.
Finally, we offered up our opinions on the recent spate of Republican governors who have decided not to accept parts of the stimulus package.

Great talk on earmarks. Excellent demonstration of the usual conversation on abortion haha.
ReplyDeleteI generally agree with the idea that most of the conservatives (and politicians in general) whom make noise about earmarks / denying pieces of the stimulus are going for political posturing. However, it must be said that most conservative states do have the lowest unemployment rates in the country, therefore their denial of unemployment benefits (http://money.cnn.com/pf/features/lists/state_unemployment/). Including the states represented by Bobby Jindal and Rick Perry.
Keep it up, I definitely prefer my news coming from you guys over 24hr cable news.
